Returning football players and cheerleaders will be given preferential placement on a team. Siblings of returning players/cheerleaders may be given veteran status if space is available. Veteran/Legacy status may also be given to 8 year old siblings of varsity players/cheerleaders that moved on to the high school programs this year.
Returning player registrations containing payment and all required forms will be accepted through
Sunday, February 28, 2010. Registrations received after this date will be considered with new player registrations and will be subject to an age-based lottery based on number of participants.
New participants must reside and/or attend school in Northville. Anyone interested in playing tackle football or cheerleading should print, complete and mail all required registration materials during the new player registration period.

Participation
Cost/Refund Policy
$295 per football player and $295 per cheerleader
($150 for cheer mascots). Players will receive all
equipment as part of registration fee, with the
exception of cleats, cup and girdle which are
purchased separately.
Full refund, minus a $50.00 administration fee per player, if one cancels between the registration period and July 1st . After July 1st, there will be a $100.00
non-refundable fee plus a $90.00 jersey fee for football and $65.00 fee for cheer.
No refunds will be given at all after games begin and no refund will be issued until all equipment is returned.

Physical Examination Form - A physical examination form from a doctor's office or school, completed and signed by a physician during the 2010 calendar year must be on file with the organization before the season starts. Physical forms are not required to be submitted with registration documents, but will be collected prior to practice starting. Copies are accepted. Players will not be allowed to practice without a form on file.
Volunteer commitment is required for player
participation. The volunteer assignment process
will be handled separately from Registration and
will be completed prior to equipment handout. No
volunteer form is required during registration.

- Official Birth Certificate - a copy of the child’s official birth certificate is required. No hospital forms will be accepted.
- Physical Examination Form - A physical examination form from a doctor's office or school, completed and signed by a physician during the 2010 calendar year must be on file with the organization before the season starts. Physical forms are not required to be submitted with registration documents, but will be collected prior to practice starting. Copies are accepted. Players will not be allowed to practice without a form on file..

NOTE: New Players please do not send any participation fees at this time. An age based lottery drawing will take place to select participants for openings on each team if enrollment exceeds capacity. Interested participants will be notified in the month of
March regarding team placement or wait list status. If a new player is selected to fill an opening, acceptance onto a team is contingent upon full participation fee payment and a commitment to volunteer positions.
A high level of commitment is required from both parents and children involved with football and cheerleading so please consider this carefully before registering.

Other Important Registration Information

Football Practice
Football practices will tentatively start on Wednesday, August 4th. All participants are
expected to attend all practices. Summer practices
are five days a week, Monday through Friday from
5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Practice frequency and times
decrease after school begins.
Football Games
Football games are scheduled to begin the weekend of August 28-29. Games are played
on either Saturday or Sunday. Freshmen games
usually begin at 11:00 a.m., Junior Varsity at
1:00 p.m., and Varsity at 3:00 p.m. The regular
season concludes near the end of October with
the Super Bowl and Cheer Competition usually
taking place in early November.
Physical Exams
All players must have a current physical form from a doctor's office or
school on file with the organization before the
season starts. The physical form must be
completed and signed by a physician during the
2010 calendar year. Physical forms can be
submitted to the designated registrar at any
time after completion of the exam. Equipment
handout is also a good time to submit physical
forms. No player will be allowed to
practice without a physical form on file with
the organization.
