2008 Registration Will Run From March 1st - April
15th.
Returning football players and cheerleaders
will be given preferential placement on a team.
Siblings of returning players/cheerleaders may
be given veteran status if space is available.
Veteran/Legacy status may also be given to 8
year old siblings of varsity
players/cheerleaders that moved on to the high
school programs this year. New participants must reside and/or attend
school in Northville. Anyone interested in playing
tackle football or cheerleading should complete
and mail the registration form and birth
certificate by April 15, 2008.

Participation
Cost |
| $295 per
football player/cheerleader. Full refund,
minus a $50.00 administration fee, per person, if
one cancels after the registration period. After
August 1st, there will be a $100.00 non-refundable
fee plus a $90.00 jersey fee for football and
$65.00 for cheer.
No refunds will be given at all
after games begin and no refund will be issued
until all equipment is returned.

Volunteer Form - The volunteer form is due in order for registration to be complete. In addition, all families will now be required to sign up for 2 shifts at the concession stand. Failure to volunteer and fulfill this commitment will result in a $25.00 assessment fee per shift.
Any late registrations will be treated as new members and the participant will relinquish the veteran status and be placed in the new member lottery process.

- A copy of the child’s official birth certificate - no hospital forms will be accepted.
Please do not send any participation fees at this time. An age based lottery drawing will take place to select participants for openings on each team if necessary. Interested participants will be notified in the month of April regarding team placement or wait list status. If a new player is selected to fill an opening, acceptance onto a team is contingent upon full participation fee payment and a commitment to volunteer positions. All families are also required to sign up for 2 shifts at the concession stand. Failure to volunteer or fulfill this commitment will result in a $25.00 fee per shift. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from games and practices.
A high level of commitment is required from both parents and children involved with football and cheerleading so please consider this carefully before registering.

| Football
practices will start on Monday, August 18. All
participants are expected to attend all practices.
Summer practices are five days a week, Monday
through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Practice
frequency and times decrease after school begins.
The first football game of the season will be
the weekend of Sept. 6/7. Games are played on
either Saturdays or Sundays. Freshmen games are
at 11:00 a.m., Junior Varsity games are at 1:00
p.m., and Varsity games are at 3:00 p.m. The
season concludes near the end of October with
the Super Bowl scheduled for Saturday, November
8. Cheer competition will be the first weekend
in November.
All football players are required to have a physical exam within the 2008 calendar year and prior to any contact. Please schedule a physical exam and have a physical form completed with a doctor/doctor’s representative signature. Physical forms can be submitted to the designated registrar at any time after completion of the exam. Equipment handout is also a good time to submit physical forms.
No one will be allowed to practice without a physical form on file with the organization.
